Landrum is located only minutes away from major highways and the larger cities of Spartanburg and Greenville, South Carolina, and is only a short drive from Asheville and Hendersonville, NorthCarolina. There are three airports that are convenient to our area, Charlotte, NC (CLT) 74 miles,Greenville-Spartanburg (GSP) 35 miles, and Asheville (AVL) 40 miles.  Landrum is also known as horse country and is home of the 390 acre Foothills Equestrian and Nature Center (F.E.N.C.E.), where horse shows and races are held through the year.  The nationally-famous Block House Steeplechase is also held each spring, bringing in thousands of spectators and horse enthusiasts to this peaceful town.
