A life-long resident of Spartanburg County, and a graduate of Leadership Spartanburg, gave me a desire to show others how wonderful living in this area could be for them and their families.  After 10 years of showing others the beauty of the upstate of SC and the rolling hills of NC, I still love it.

Any spare time is spent with family and friends.  My husband, Doug, and I have two children.  #1 daughter is Amanda “Mandy”.  She and her husband, Mike Doherty, live in Gaffney.  #1 son is Alan of Cheyenne, WY, with his wife Yvonne and their two GRAND children, Ethan and Hannah.

I have lived here a long time.  I have picked up many small town values and work ethic that includes that four letter word…WORK.  We chose to have our family grow up in the Landrum area, which is the perfect size community, in my opinion.  It is just small enough to have small town atmosphere, and large enough to offer plenty of activities.
