As a native of Tryon, N.C who has lived and traveled to many places, I’m always amazed at the feelings that overcome me when I return home and see our Foothills mountain range.  There is not only an appreciation for the beauty of the countryside, but for the quality of life, the people and vast diversity of cultural arts, quaint shops and rural vendors.  Our area encompasses equestrian farms (large and small), lakefront, and mountain retreat along with rural and downtown residential property.  Our community is tucked away into a “Norman Rockwell” like setting uniquely charming yet offering within a 45 mile radius Cosmopolitan cities such as Asheville and Greenville.
